1. Service Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing an order.

• Once work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided only for service errors on our part.

• No refunds for completed services or work already in progress.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
